Chemark Assists Royal in Acquiring Hardman

The CHEMARK Consulting Group’s Strategic Alternatives Practice is pleased to have assisted Royal Adhesives and Sealants, LLC ("Royal") in its recent acquisition of Elementis plc, its Hardman epoxy and urethane products business headquartered in Belleville, New Jersey, US ("Hardman").

CHEMARK's efforts involved the business due diligence and included recommendations and customer interpretation. Phil Phillips, CHEMARK Managing Partner and project manager, said “the addition of the Hardman product line up and market position to Royals' product line and its sophisticated management team will continue to provide a strong base from which to help leverage further strategic acquisitions for Royal."
