Professional Experience

Paul has over 30 years of experience in Engineering and Product Development/R&D Leadership in engine components, adhesives, sealants and mold release. He has held a variety of high level management positions within these areas of technology. His international team leadership experience includes extensive travel throughout Asia and in Europe.

Paul also has a wide range of industry experience. Among them are automotive, industrial equipment, heavy equipment, metals industry, aerospace, and plastics.

Paul is a rare technical leader who brings a business perspective to the technical arena. His skills of process assessment provide Chemark clients with a rapid understanding of how to dramatically increase their investment in R&D and Product Development.
