The CHEMARK Consulting Group’s Strategic Alternatives Practice is pleased to have assisted Royal Adhesives and Sealants, LLC (“Royal”) in its recent acquisition of Elementis plc, its Hardman epoxy and urethane products business headquartered in Belleville, New Jersey, US (“Hardman”).
CHEMARK‘s efforts involved the business due diligence and included recommendations and customer interpretation.
