Effective immediately, CHEMARK announces the appointment of Anna Avera Kiggins to the position of Director of its ANALYTICS Division.

As Director of Analytics, Ms. Kiggins will provide even greater breadth to CHEMARK’s strong database with the objective of significantly improving the direction of critical strategic planning for its clients. Among the many other critical elements to be addressed through CHEMARK Analytics, Ms. Kiggins’ analytics work will include VOC (Voice-of-Customer); VOCC (Voice-of-Customers-Customer); & VOCOM (Voice-of-Competitors) proprietary program enhancements.

Since Analytics objective is to discover, interpret, and communicate meaningful patterns in data, combining the same simultaneously through the application of statistics, computer programming and operations research to quantify performance, CHEMARK believes it is an exciting time to leverage its database in this manner.

Ms. Kiggins’ exceptional people skills and her enjoyment of working with numbers are the fundamentals for her talent in the field of Analytics.  Her educational background, (Appalachian State University, BS in Business –  Marketing Concentration and minor credits in Chemistry & WHARTON Business Schools, Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative)  and her strength in mathematical interpretation, and her world travels with six years of living abroad, have enhanced her abilities in using analytics to help clients in formulating successful strategies.
